Nile Flowers moved in the summer of 2013. At its new location, along the West Bank corniche to the south-west, maybe 2 km from the ferries. In November 2013 they were serving a fixed menu with a choice of half a dozen main courses. The kofta was excellent. Stella was available, as well as the usual range of soft drinks. The restaurant is set in a garden set back a little from the Nile.
Previously this restaurant was situated between Toutankhamun and Nile Valley: it only opened in early 2011. This was not a good time, with the revolution interfering with custom. When I visited it in February 2011 it was serving a set menu with a choice of main courses. I had the fish which was extremely good. They had a very limited stock of alcoholic beverages, but will no doubt increase the stock when business increases.
